**Job Description**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Operations Manager to step in and look after the management, settlements and reconciliations for OFX across the APAC region. Reporting into the Global Head of Operations, and leading a group of Settlement Team leads, this role will focus on the delivery and coordination of banking operational activities. However not limited to continuous improvements, change management and team leadership.
- As a leader you will support and coach team leads on operational matters to drive improvement and ensure service is exceptional.
- Coordination of all banking operational activities for the APAC Region in line with strategy, policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other members of the Leadership and Senior Leadership Team to drive outcomes.
- Be accountable for the delivery of agreed service level standards and key performance measures for the team.
- Actively contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements.
- As a leader of leaders, optimise team performance through objective setting, monitoring performance, coaching and development.
- Act as an escalation point for both internal and external stakeholders for complex enquiries or issues including managing and maintaining transactional APAC banking relationships
- Support Global Head of Operations with ad hoc requirements and project.
- Be a change leader, supporting change management initiatives across the business and function.

**Qualifications**:

- 6-8 Payments Operations Experience
- 4+ years direct team management experience.
- A background in banking and financial services with experience in the Operations (essential) and Treasury space (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management for internal and external stakeholders.
- Business, finance, operations or general management tertiary or post graduate qualification
- Influencing and building relationships at a senior level
- Training, maintaining, and developing your team
- Demonstrated business knowledge and experience across operations including SWIFT, OFAC, sanctions, fraud, and other regulatory requirements
- High level of drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously.
