**About the Opportunity**

Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a dynamic Service Coordinator to join our successful and friendly team in our Dandenong South Branch
Your role will be to coordinate day-to-day operational and commercial activities for the Service Team to meet customer requirements while achieving agreed safety, quality and commercial objectives.

**Your Tasks**
- Plan and organise activities in the workshop to ensure work is completed on time.
- Be a professional and friendly point of contact as you liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Enter, monitor and maintain job data in the ERP system, and generate job related documentation.
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, customers and transport companies.
- Generate service jobs and ordering parts.
- Prepare timesheets for the Service Team.
- Provide a safe and healthy working environment by compliance with the company’s WHS Management System

**About You**
- Strong administration, time management and prioritising skills.
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems.
- Be a team player and work well with others.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail.
- Service Coordinator experience would be advantageous.

Experience with technical specifications, engineering drawings, interpreting parts/service manuals and knowledge of repair processes and equipment would be advantageous but not essential.
