Customer Service Administrator
- Temporary to Permanent - Dandenong - Circa $33 p/h + Super - Immediate Start

Are you a customer service/administrator superstar looking for an exciting role with an industry-leading company? Lotus People are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our client's customer service department (not a call centre) in Dandenong.

This role is Monday to Friday with hours 8:30am-4:30pm.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Answering all incoming telephone calls promptly
- Assisting customers with pricing enquiries, stock availability, forecasting and forward orders
- Liaising with freight providers for delivery status on orders and proof of delivery
- Liaising with Branch Logistics for Stock Replenishment, Branch to Branches and Manufacturing
- Liaising with Branch Logistics and Customers to process Back Orders and non-collected orders
- Monitoring Back Order Lines and Open Sales Order Lines daily
- Attending to Counter Sales (direct customers only) promptly
- Processing all orders prior to cut off time
- Co-ordinating deliveries, as per schedule
- Providing a basic level of Technical Assistance to Customers
- Processing Invoices and Credits
- Opening incoming mail and distributing accordingly in the morning
- Replenishing literature on a monthly basis

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills and a working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Experience using SAP would be an advantage
- Availability to start work immediately
