**About the Company**

We are leaders in manufacturing and modifications of specialised vehicles and are currently seeking a confident and highly organised Automotive Service Manager to run our service department.

**The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Co-ordinating and overseeing jobs in the workshop to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise the jobs of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance.
- Monitor inventory to regulate and ensure availability of required vehicle parts.
- Oversee enquiries to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff.
- Communicate with customers regarding their needs and address/resolve any issues.
- Be looking for job security and can work in a fun team environment.

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in a Service Managers role.
- Have a strong knowledge of motor vehicles and/or parts.
- Excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone.
- Ability to multitask while having a strong team focus who also take prides in their work.
- Be reliable and conscientious.
- Manual driver’s license.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
