Restoration Technician

Rapid Restoration Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team based in Brisbane, Queensland. We seek a spirited individual passionate about restoration services, with an unwavering commitment to upholding our high-quality standards.

**About the role**

As our Restoration Technician, you will be entrusted with the crucial task of providing emergency response and restoration services during standard business hours. You will be the frontline defence for premises distressed by mould, water, or fire, transforming them back to their former glory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding swiftly to emergency calls, mitigating damage, and performing cleanup operations.
- Completing top-notch restoration works for remediation of mould, water, or fire damage.
- Crafting detailed and insightful reports.
- Preparing scope for necessary remediation works.
- Adhering to the IICRC standards and guidelines diligently.

Your Qualifications:

- Restoration technician experience (required)
- Drivers licence (required)
- IICRC accreditation
- Familiarity with and be able to demonstrate proficiency in both mould removal and water/fire damage repair
- Outstanding ability to plan ahead and pay close attention to detail
- Positive mentality marked by initiative, and leadership
- The ability to work independently and within a team

Rapid Restoration offers home restoration, commercial restoration, and emergency water damage restoration services throughout Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Logan City, Ipswich, Redland City and Gold Coast areas. Our damage restoration services cover fire damage restoration, water damage restoration, mould removal, flood damage restoration, and more.

Our contracts span the whole metropolitan region, including both private homes and public buildings. Carpet cleaning, water damage repair, and general expertise in the restoration sector are all highly valued.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
