**About Our Role**

We are seeking an expert Restoration Technician to join our Sydney Team, based from our St Peters office. Our role offers the opportunity to travel throughout the picturesque city of Sydney & its surrounding suburbs, to multiple sites, where you will utilise your specialist restoration knowledge to assess the impacted areas & be hands-on performing the restoration & remedial works, on a diverse range of projects. You will conduct site measurements, moisture surveys & take photo evidence, which you will upload to our workflow management system, Prime.

You will rely on your broad experience to perform water extractions, mould remediation, & structural drying. Some jobs may even require the removal of materials such as; carpet, skirting, cornice or plasterboard.

This diverse role also offers the ability to enjoy some time offsite, working from the office to coordinate the works. You will source, schedule & coordinate tradespeople on an array of restoration projects, whilst maintaining our company workflow management system & striving to achieve your KPI's.

**About You**

Ideally, you will be located in the Inner West region of Sydney.

You will have sound computer & typing skills, with experience in using tablets, smart phones & prior exposure to workflow management systems a big plus.

A valid Drivers Licence & a White Card are vital for this role.

You will be comfortable in engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows & managing multiple restoration projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
