**About Us**

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a related field
- **Fluent in both English and Mandarin**, spoken and written, to assist Mandarin-speaking clients
- **Must have experience in 407, 482, 494, 186 visa subclass**:

- **Familiarity with case management tools** such as _Migration Manager_, _ImmiAccount_, or similar software
- Have knowledge in doing all different types of Skill Assessments requirements and documentation
- Have done different types of visa such as skilled migration, employer sponsor, family visa, training visa, etc
- We expect you to work predominantly from our Melbourne CBD office where clients often visit
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Ability to interpret and explain complex immigration processes to clients in a simple, clear manner

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Ability to commute/relocate**: Melbourne, Vic 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Work Authorisation**: Australian PR/ Citizen (preferred)

**Work Location**: On site - Office

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
