**The Opportunity**
As Melbourne Inner City specialists, our client is a market leader in Sales, Leasing and Property Management within the CBD. They are the property management and Owners Corporation division of one of the most successful developer and sales companies in Melbourne.
They have a team of motivated, supportive and dynamic property professionals who have a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and results.
**The Role**
Out client is looking for a friendly, focused and career driven individual to join an established Property Management office in Melbourne's CBD.
They are seeking someone who is organised, able to multi task, have excellent written/verbal communication skills and a professional approach to dealing with clients, contractors and colleagues. Preferably someone who speaks the Mandarin Language.
The successful applicant must also have a genuine interest in Real Estate, a can do attitude, a willingness to learn and be able to work autonomously if required.
**Tasks include but are not limited to**:
- Answering and transferring of phone calls to colleagues accordingly
- Take and deliver timely messages to the intended recipients
- Receive visitors in the office and escort them to the intended meeting
- Receipting and processing rent for tenants
- Daily banking and mail duties
- Word processing, data entry, and invoicing
- Order pantry groceries and office stationery supplies and maintenance of facilities
- Booking of meeting rooms upon request
- Scanning & Filing
- General administration and administration support for the Company Director & Team Leaders
- Liaising with our technicians
- Office housekeeping
- Arranging and monitoring couriers and deliveries
- Recording and distribution of daily mails
- Assisting with keys preparation
**About You**
- Ability to speak Chinese Mandarin
- Ability to read & write in Chinese Mandarin (Not a requirement, however favourable)
- Previous Office/Administration experience highly regarded
- High standard of computing skills required; Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
- Excellent time management
- Customer Service Orientated
- Accurate Data Entry
- Highly reliable and flexible where necessary
- An ability to take directions and follow through on tasks
- Excellent phone manner
- A motivated and career minded attitude
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Neat and presentable appearance
