Are you passionate about the outdoors and working with your hands? Do you enjoy creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes? We’re looking for a Landscape Supervisor to join our team and help bring outdoor spaces to life

As a Landscape Supervisor, you’ll play an essential role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all landscaping works, while working in collaboration with and reporting directly to the Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of landscape operations. This includes but not limited to both hard and soft landscapes from start to finish.

Some of your key responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, including scheduling, task assignment, and workflow management.
- Provide direction, guidance, training, mentoring and support to a small team, including supported employees.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines for yourself and the team.
- Oversee the maintenance of landscapes, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and watering.
- Monitor equipment inventory, perform routine maintenance checks, and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Evaluate job sites to assess landscaping needs, develop work plans, and estimate materials, labour requirements and accurate quoting.
- Assisting the Manager in maintaining and overseeing the inventory of landscape materials, tools, and equipment.

**About You**

You’ll be someone who loves the outdoors, is motivated, and takes pride in your work. You’ll also need to work well as part of a team, while guiding and nurturing supported employees as a supervisor.

We require you to have to have:

- Cert IV Landscape Design or Horticulture and or relevant experience
- 5+ years’ experience working in or leading landscaping team.
- Passion for working with people with disability in a leadership role.
- Excavator and Skid steer license.
- MR Truck license.
- Motor Vehicle license.

You will need the following docs and clearances for this role:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (WOM) or willingness to obtain;
