**About the Role**

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Supervisor to manage a small team within the Health and Building Department. You will ensure the provision of proactive high-quality and timely administrative support including but not limited to generating letters, database maintenance, answering customer enquiries, invoicing and other document production and maintenance of records and files.

**About You**

**Key requirements**:

- Certificate III in Business Administration/equivalent or relevant experience
- Proven ability to lead a team to achieve individual and company goals and objectives
- Excellent word processing / computer skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Experience with TechOne, Content Manager, and/or Merit software
- Data entry and records management experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Good understanding of development, building certification, and public health processes
- Covid
- 19 Vaccinated

Your commencing salary will be up to **$88,564 p.a. plus superannuation **dependant on skills and experience
