**Hey You**

genU is looking for a **Landscape Supervisor **to join the team in North Geelong

In this exciting and newly developed role the Landscape Supervisor will be solely responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all landscaping works. Working in collaboration with and reporting directly to the Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of landscape operations, this includes but not limited to both hard and soft landscapes from start to finish.

This role has an administration side, managing business budgets, all compliance requirements along with OH&S reporting thru to estimate and contracting quotes.

**About you**

This is a hands-on position which requires you to assist our employees with varying abilities to reach their full potential.

**You will need the following**:

- Cert IV Landscape Design or Horticulture and or relevant experience
- 5+ years’ experience working in or leading landscaping team.
- Passion for working with people with disability in a leadership role.
- Excavator and Skid steer license.
- Min MR Truck license.
- Motor Vehicle license.
- NDIS Screening Workers Check clearance.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion
