**Job Description**:
Our market leading Retail Leasing team is seeking an experienced Executive to join the team and continue the momentum.

This vacancy presents a fantastic opportunity to be involved in some exciting new development projects across SA. Supporting a highly experienced Retail Leasing Director, your focus will involve assisting in the leasing of major shopping centres, high profile CBD, high street listings and retail projects that Colliers have been appointed on by our valued clients.

In addition, you will be accountable for:

- Actively helping the team pursue new appointments to act for Retail organisations especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses.
- Assisting and implementing leasing campaigns for the highest profile new developments and existing properties
- Contributing towards the production of proposals, pitches and project promotional campaigns
- Maintaining the client database including data entry of all listings, contact and transactional information.
- Preparing lease agreements and client liaison

**Qualifications**:
n order to be considered, you will ideally have:

- Completed a property related degree or have a background in retail property leasing or management. Alternatively, someone from another property asset class that aspires to be a business winning agent will also be considered.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of industry legislation/current market trends
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Real Estate Certificate/Licence
