CBRE's Retail Leasing team works with both private investors and institutional clients, providing unique insights on how to maximise returns through innovative leasing strategies. Our Retail Leasing executives are specialised and experienced in brokering leasing deals across a variety of sectors.

**The role**:

- Partnering with an established leader, with vast experience in the Adelaide retail market focusing on both Adelaide CBD retail leasing, strip retail and shopping centres.
- Providing tenant relationship management and communications whilst adhering to a Gold Star service level.
- Business development and expansion of market share.
- Managing current listings, inspections, lease documentation and negotiations with owners and tenants.

**Your background**:

- You should be in an existing property sales/leasing role or if not-some previous property experience is an advantage. We're open to Residential or other areas of Commercial Property.
- Relationship focused and client centric, you'll have a genuine enjoyment for building relationships and growing your profile/market share.
- Desire to pursue a career in Retail Leasing, motivated by client outcomes and strives to deliver.
- Team player, you'll share information and collaborate closely with your colleagues.
- Strong work ethic, wants to add value and gain understanding of the industry.
