About the Role:

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced retail environment?

We're hiring casual Merchandisers for both day and night shifts, with full-time hours available. You'll receive comprehensive training and support as you work within a collaborative, team-focused setting. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a role with long-term potential in the retail space.

Day shifts: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Night shifts: Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret and execute merchandising planograms

- Restock and rotate products on shelves

- Print and install promotional tickets

- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays

- Ensure compliance with Coles' visual merchandising standards

What We're Looking For:

- Retail or merchandising experience (essential)

- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

- Self-starter with a team-oriented attitude

- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of manual lifting

- Good communication skills and basic tech proficiency

- Smartphone with internet access required

- Driver's licence and vehicle required (for day shifts)

- Night shift candidates may use public transport
