If you are a confident and an influential leader who is highly organised and has exceptional time management skills in a busy environment, we want you to to drive and support our HR functions. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment where your expertise in HR policies, recruitment, employee and industrial relations will be instrumental in shaping the organisations culture.

Reporting to the Hotel General Manager you will take a strategic leadership role which will include the following responsibilities however, not limited to;
- End to end recruitment including the onboarding and induction of new team members.
- Manage the Human Resources functions in order to establish and maintain the highest levels of employee efficiency, effectiveness, job satisfaction and staff relations.
- Provide assistance, guidance and counselling to the General Manager, management staff and line employees by listening and interpreting concerns and objectives and seeking solutions.
- Direct the training and personal development activities in the hotel, including training needs analysis from induction through to management development.
- Wages and remuneration auditing to ensure competitiveness.
- Monitor employee performance and assist in the development of measurable goals and performance management.
- Crete and maintain a safe, healthy and compliant work environment ensuring the wellbeing of our team and guests is paramount.

To be successful in this role you will have held a similar position and have proven experience as an all-round Human Resources Generalist. Experience within hotel/hospitality HR would also be beneficial.
