**The opportunity**:
Due to a retirement we are currently recruiting for a Manager Human Resources to

join our Corporate Services team in Nuriootpa.

Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services, the Manager Human

Resources role will support and enable leaders to efficiently and effectively resource,

manage, lead and develop their workforce, creating a skilled, compassionate,

collaborative environment that results in the provision of quality services and

experiences across our workforce and to our clients and residents. Additionally the

role will continuously review and assess internal and external environments ensuring

alignment and compliance to legislative requirements.

**The Manager Human Resources is responsible for the following: **

Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop and drive tailored HR

strategies and operational solutions

Analyse current HR practices, recommending and implementing solutions to

systemise HR processes and procedures

Develop and implement an organisational work force strategy that ensures a

highly skilled, effective and engaged worker resource pool

Continuously enhance acquisition solutions (recruitment, induction and on
- boarding) ensuring right people, in the right roles, at the right time, in the right

Mentor, coach and develop leaders supporting them to deliver quality

outcomes through constructive practices

Oversee the completion of the annual performance planning and

development process

Develop and deploy wellbeing initiatives that assist in creating a

psychologically safe and supportive work environment and culture

Provide timely, accurate and appropriate support to managers in relation to

people management issues, ensuring compliance to Fair Work requirements

Facilitation of annual processes such as engagement surveys, performance

reviews and talent/succession identification

Provide high level HR advice and support to all internal stakeholders, relating

to internal policy, legislative and Enterprise Agreement compliance

Develop, monitor, manage and report business unit performance, instigating

actions, plans or strategies to achieve targets.

**Essential Criteria**:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in HR

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resource leadership role

Demonstrated employment & industrial relations experience

Experience in negotiating enterprise agreements

Excellent communication, client service, interpersonal, mediation, persuasion,

and negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and prioritise workload

Excellent IT skills - in Word, Excel, Outlook

Police check clearance

Participate in the Barossa Village Annual Mandatory Vaccination Programs.
