Your Role

As a key member of the senior management team reporting directly to the CEO, you will:

  • Guide the Human Resources team to deliver high-quality services
  • Provide expert advice to management on industrial relations, performance management, and compliance with legislation and awards
  • Lead the delivery of annual targets from the Council's Regional Plan and other strategic plans while contributing to workforce planning
  • Develop HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven HR leadership experience and tertiary qualifications
  • Expertise in HR policies, industrial relations (IR), and occupational health & safety (OHS)
  • An appreciation for Indigenous culture and experience working in remote communities
