**About the role**
Reporting to the Commercial & Operations Manager, the role will be part of a National Support team that has two key focus areas,

Customer Service and Category Support, responsibilities include:

- Contributing to the profitability of the business through sales growth and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Creating and following up customer quotes
- Processing sales transactions and liaising with suppliers
- Customer price maintenance updates
- Maintaining Supplier Product Data
- Maintaining Supplier Purchase Costs
- Assist with New Product Additions
- Assist with Supplier Reporting & Analysis
- Assist with Supplier Negotiations
- Ad hoc projects

**How can I tell if this role is for me?**
- Experience in customer service and/or category coordination
- Proficient with computer technology and systems including Microsoft Office
- You are organised and exude professionalism
- Proactive, can do attitude and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Experience or product knowledge in the Renewable or Electrical markets will get you off to a flying start but is not essential if you are passionate about learning our industry and product range
- Career driven with an appetite to develop your commercial aptitude
