We are seeking Accounts Receivable Customer ServiceOfficersto provide solution focused outcomes as part of our customer contact centre. We currently have opportunities for full-time/part time - permanent, or full time - fixed term (ending June 2026) located at Ballarat or Blackburn/ Doncaster.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Team Leader AR Customer Service, responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Provide a high standard of customer service engagement identifying customers' needs
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, supported by monitoring of performance dashboards and workload
- Maintain compliance, accuracy and confidentiality of records associated with customer account details
- Develop and foster constructive and effective working relationships within the team and across the wider AV

**About you**

To be considered for this position you will possess:

- Certificate in Business/Finance or equivalent (desirable)
- Proven customer service skills with an ability meet performance call handling targets
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and quality control
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage professionally with internal and external customers
- Intermediate Microsoft office suite competence level including Word and Excel**
