Salvos Stores are seeking a Full-time Permanent Customer Experience Manager to develop salvos brand strategy and develop customer and donor experiences embracing Salvos’ goal of brand-love.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Customer Experience and Engagement, you will help improve store design, marketing and loyalty campaigns, social media, and customer care. Working for Salvos is an exceptional experience, and you can rest easy knowing that all the proceeds go towards helping those in need.
The key focus of this role will be to:
- Drive continuous development, implementation, and improvement across customer experience
- Develop customer engagement plans and campaigns while developing the customer relationship.
- Use customer insights and innovate to build the best customer experience possible.
- Develop customer communication plans and supporting materials to support campaign directions.
- Work with a broader team of passionate managers and staff to ensure customers are taken care of, and proceeds are being delivered to where they will help people the most.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in a similar role.
- A degree in marketing or related degree.
- A passion for customer experience and engagement.
- A desire to work in an organisation that delivers positive social and environmental impact.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large scale retail projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a geographically diverse team.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
