- Benetas is looking for an experienced individual for the position of
- **Sales and Customer Relationship Consultant**. This role helps older Australians and their families in the transition into residential aged care.
- The Sales and Customer Relationship Consultant helps potential residential aged care clients and their families navigate the residential admissions process from ‘warm lead’ to accommodation approval into our Residential Aged Care Homes. The role helps the business to achieve bed-fill and revenue targets for our Residential Services division.
- Working in a small team, responsibilities include working closely with potential residential clients and their families to take them through from initial enquiry to onboarding into Benetas’ Residential Aged Care Homes - supporting families through the complex Residential aged care process; and conducting Residential pre-admission assessments, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

**Your day to day activities include**:

- Assisting with the achievement of Benetas Residential Aged Care occupancy rates to achieve Benetas financial targets;
- Delivering a great customer experience to those looking to navigate the aged care system and considering Benetas;
- Providing guidance to help customers understand the financial aspects of aged care; and
- Building strong relationships with residential managers in our aged care homes.

**To thrive in the role you will have**:

- Prior experience in sales and/or customer service roles
- Financial and commercial acumen with demonstrated attention to detail
- High empathy and emotional intelligence
- Able to build trust and show integrity
- Demonstrated success in building strong networks and maintaining effective relationships to ensure strong sales outcomes
- Show care by listening carefully, seeking feedback and being customer service driven
- Ability to solve problems by being collaborative, creative and analytical
- Negotiation and problem solving skills
- Demonstrable evidence of high level verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT capability including CRM, Microsoft Office and other operating systems
- Demonstrated experience working in complex environments as part of a multidisciplinary team and ability to juggle competing priorities while fostering effective working relationships
