You will be supporting the Operation Excellence (OE) Lead to identify and implement process improvement strategies across the Carole Park site. Working in partnership with departmental leads, your focus will be on identifying and removing waste, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives that support the Carole Park site's strategic objectives around Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and be accountable for the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the Carole Park Site- Research, gather, and analyse complex data and business processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities.- Present clear and concise prioritised recommendations to drive targeted business outcomes- Liaise with and manage the expectations of senior stakeholders to assess opportunities and design improvement initiatives- Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and SMEs, to deliver continuous process improvement initiatives that remove constraints whilst focusing on safety, quality, cost and delivery- Develop, coordinate and deliver workshops or training programs around process improvement initiatives that target specific business opportunities- Coach and mentor team members on process improvement methodologies- Communicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives

You will have excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, planning, problem solving, decision making and project management skills. In addition to this, you will have the following:
- Certification or formal training at Green Belt level in OE discipline- Black Belt Certification or willingness to obtain within 18 months- Advanced computer analytical capabilities including Excel (essential) and Power BI (Desired)- General computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, LIMS, Documentum.- Collaborative work style and networking relationships with customers, consultants, and third-party vendors.

You will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, as well as 3 years' experience:
- Executing process improvements- Coaching and educating on continuous improvement methodologies- In GMP environments (pharmaceutical or food manufacturing would be advantageous)
