Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled warehouse operations coordinator to oversee the daily activities of our warehouse team. This role is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring seamless communication between shifts and departments, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

  • Coordinate daily activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling headcount and overtime needs to meet production and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure on-the-job training and other training requirements are scheduled, completed, and documented.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to operate fork lifts and other warehouse machinery.
  • Certification in operating forklifts and/or other warehouse machinery.
