Operational Services Coordinator

About the role:

This position is responsible for coordinating and managing operational services at a hospital. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, evaluation and management of operational services.

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate rostering, payroll issues, recruitment, work-related injuries, leave management, and staffing concerns.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, the Operational Services Coordinator will also provide support to other functions within the Operational Services Department as required.

About you:

We are looking for someone with high-level knowledge and experience working in operational services.

  • You should have effective interpersonal skills to assist lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively across a range of electronic mediums.
  • Experience in roster management ensuring compliance with industrial instruments and organisational goals is essential.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Full vaccination against certain vaccine-preventable diseases.
