We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Theatre Assistant Team Leader. In this position, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a dedicated team of theatre assistants to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent patient care
  • Lead and motivate the theatre recovery ward team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Hold a minimum of 4 years experience in a management role
  • Have demonstrated experience in a leadership position
  • Provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • Meet any other relevant qualifications or certifications
