**The Role**:
As the Head of Distribution for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing the distribution operations within the region. You will be responsible for overseeing the distribution strategy, all aspects of distribution day-to-day operations, building and leading a high-performing and motivated team, as well as collaborating with customer excellence teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction. This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and distribution to ensure the efficient and seamless delivery of products to our customers.

**Who you are**:

- Qualification Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.
- Must have trade compliance and regulation experience.
- Preferred experience in the distribution of chemical materials, but not essential.
- Confident management - Strong in judgement and decision-making skills.
- Skills and experience using 3PL Warehouses.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, dealing with customer enquiries, and resolution/problem solving of customer complaints.
- Exceptional time management and planning skills to ensure deadlines are met.
- An eye for process improvement. Demonstrates a ‘People’ attitude with commitment to developing and training the team.
