**The Role**
Due to upcoming leave coverage, this role is being offered on a** fixed term contract** until May 2026. In this dynamic role, you’ll support the Community Relations Manager & lead the charge in executing CBH Community Investment Fund activities, driving awareness and engagement. You’ll coordinate a diverse portfolio of community investment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Be a part of something impactful and exciting
**Responsibilities include**:
- **Community Investment Coordination**: Lead a diverse portfolio of community investment activities, while monitoring and evaluating the performance of community initiatives to recommend improvements
- **Marketing & Engagement**: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, communications, and engagement plans to effectively reach growers, employees, and stakeholders
- **Content Development**: Create and maintain engaging content for social media, websites, intranets, presentations, and other corporate communication channels
- **Representation** Represent CBH at community events and forums
**About You**:
- Proven practical experience in community relations, including managing a large portfolio of community activities
- Strong ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective in building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication and engagement strategies that align with business goals
- Excellent skills in marketing and employee communications, capable of articulating information to diverse audiences
- Event Production, experienced in planning and executing events from start to finish
- Desirable:_
- Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, public relations or similar
- Working knowledge of social impact and/or evaluation
- A background in regional development and knowledge of agribusiness and/or agriculture
