**Position: Customer Service Consultant**

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to our valued customers. Your passion for excellence and strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for top-notch service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending suitable supplies and materials.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends.
- Handle customer feedback with empathy and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the building supplies, trade, construction, or related industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with building supplies and construction materials is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and customer interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
