**Job** **Description**

This is a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. On a day to day basis, you will undertake property management tasks including but not limited to:

- Develop new clients in selling and leasing their properties, establish and maintain client relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Assist in manage all property portfolios using cloud-based management tools
- Conduct inspections
- Housing repairs & maintenance management
- Manage arrears
- Manage general and ad hoc administration duties as requested by management and support the wider organization

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
- 2 year working experience in property leasing/sales
- Valid Real Estate sales certificate/ or license
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable car
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Have a high level of attention to details
- Full work rights in Australia

**Experience**:

- property leasing/sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Real Estate Agent's licence (preferred)
