What is the role?
We are searching for a strong, dedicated leader to take on a Multisite Operations Manager role at our Timezone and Zone Bowling venues You will be the leader of the pack and the captain of FUN Your strong leadership and business acumen will directly influence the success of our venues, and you will champion our values every day.
You will be an integral part of the senior leadership team and have direct influence over the results & success of the region.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking the lead & driving financial results through revenue promotions, as well as executing a seamless rollout
- Cost management through COGs, labour control & repair/maintenance expenditure
- Empowering our Senior Venue Management Team & FunSquad, ensuring to bridge the gap and work as one team to gain impeccable results
- Interpreting and communicating crucial KPI's to your team to strive for success

Who are you?
- A hands on & effective business manager with experience in managing a retail or entertainment site/s. Hospitality experience beneficial in this role.
- A pro-active and innovative leader that can not only achieve results but inspire your team to push just as hard as you
- An astute operator with strong skills in the effective financial management & analysis of venues/stores
- Passionate about guest experience & ensuring everyone leaves our venues smiling
