**The Role**

Taking responsibility for the success, retention and growth of our clients, the role requires excellent relationship building skills and a clear ability to map and drive customer outcomes via the use of our products and services.

You will have the experience to proactively nurture and support the accounts whilst having the tenacity to grow revenue from existing clients, cut through complexity, build long lasting relationships and identify client preferences and issues.

Through clear record keeping you provide visibility and confidence for the wider business and advocate for customers in internal discussions.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining the communication cycle with clients (Regular phone calls - Multiple calls each day).
- Selling new products and services to your clients in line with sales targets.
- Management of a client portfolio of 100 clients.
- Regular business reviews to align client ROI.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues and learn the latest product features.
- Attend client sites for face-to-face visits.
- Provide onsite and remote product demonstrations.
- Dealing with customer queries

**The Team**

The talented Account Management team understand the importance of our commitment to our clients and their success. With a suite of products available to them they identify and generate new revenue opportunities from existing clients.

With a customer service focus, the team build long lasting relationships and cut through complexity in order to identify our clients preferences and any issues.

The team deals with a varied range of proactive and reactive interactions from our existing client base including demonstrating software, license adjustments, functional changes, system use, business reviews and new hardware purchase requests.

The team is tasked with ensuring our customers’ needs are served and act as internal advocates for our clients.

The team build key relationships at all levels and collaborate internally, with a key partnership with Sales and Support both internally and with our clients.
