We also provide Allied Healthcare via telehealth to NDIS Participants including Counselling, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, and Mental Health Social Work.

**About the role**

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to undertake this business-critical role with a focus on project and relationship management across project team members, managers, and internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, ongoing, office-based role, situated in Dingley, Melbourne, reporting to the Project and Programs Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and work on multiple key and sub-projects within the Aged Care division
- Provide project support to the Program Manager on external communications, system roll-out, and ad hoc administrative projects
- Various administration and reporting duties which may include (but are not limited to), task lists, project plans, issue and risk registers, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and status reports
- Coordinate work streams across all relevant workflows to deliver on project requirements in line with business needs and timelines
- Monitor and maintain records of all project metrics including analysis and interpretation
- Assist the Program Manager to prepare project plans to schedule key project milestones & activities and present regular updates on all phases to key stakeholders
- Identify and proactively manage project dependencies alongside the critical project path
- Manage, adjust, and escalate changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget
- Organise and coordinate project plans using MS project including the provision of reports, and summaries

**About you**

To be successful in this role we are seeking someone who possesses the following.
- Certification and/or Qualification in Project management or equivalent
- Ideally 2 to 3 years of experience in Project Manager and delivery
- Experience with MS Project
- Experience using Gantt charts
- Experience or exposure to the health industry is highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to plan and operate strategically in a proactive manner
- Proven experience in risk management
- Experience in project planning, coordination, and administration skills including planning implementation and evaluation
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team across multiple business streams
- Ability to problem solve, provide critical thinking and adapt easily to fast-changing situations
- Ability to effectively communicate and network across all levels of our business
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment as well as the capacity to work autonomously
