- Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the B2B Acquisition Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and executing activities that educate, engage, and inform referrers and partners, driving a new lead pipeline as well as trusted partnerships & collaborations.- This role requires a hands on healthcare marketer with B2B experience, who can utilise internal & external data to understand referral dynamics, can identify opportunities to drive new leads underpinned by clinical relationships, and execute marketing activities end to end across all channels.**What your day looks like**:
- Build a supporting strategy for B2B marketing across our brands in particular targeting medical referrers (GPs and specialists).
- Establish and continuously enhance referral pathways for our brands including traditional and digital referral methods, evolving communications and data pathways to drive increased new leads.
- Analyse & monitor our internal data to understand our current referral partners: profile, volume, and trends.
- Identify target segments to grow, as well as new lead opportunities based on a thorough understanding of the external market and referral dynamics (macro & micro).
- Provide recommendations on the acquisition marketing activities underpinning the strategy
- Build a supporting activity plan, identifying timing and alignment to available budget & resources.
- Work with the Operations team to develop a local area marketing toolkit for referrers, enabling our clinics to draw down on supporting materials that will encourage new referrer relationships (& new leads) locally.
- Work with our Agencies to design, build, and implement all activity assets.
- Through proactive reporting & feedback, nurture audiences over time and optimise activities & materials.
- Manage the marketing budget & invoicing month on month.
**What you need to be successful in the role**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a marketing discipline with experience in health/medical or related industries.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-site Marketing within health service, product or a related sector.
- Proven experience in B2B acquisition marketing.
- Be proactive & hands on, with a drive to service & support our clinical referrer relationships.
- The ability to collaborate successfully with internal & external partners to drive lead conversion through the funnel.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines; and problem-solve independently.
- Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills.
- Commercial acumen, reporting capabilities and budget management.
- Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook (minimum).
- An understanding of Power BI reporting will be advantageous.
- The ability to travel interstate on occasion.
