If you are a Marketing technology leader looking for a challenge and owning your own success then McCorkell wants to hear from you. We’re seeking a strong B2B Head of Marketing Technology APJ to us to the next level as part of our ambitious expansion and growth plans. You will play a strategic role in identifying and unlocking new business opportunities as a key focus of this role is the creation and management of the revenue pipeline for the department.

**What you can expect to be doing in your day to day**:
Lead the team in generating and retaining revenue activities including proactively proposing opportunities for new projects within their book of clients to support account growth.

Mentor and direct the team across the region, both in person and remotely and have full accountability of the end-to-end experience from prospect to sales to delivery and client retention

Lead the MarTech sales strategy, targets and growth; from lead to proposal to secured contracts.

Create and nurture strong divisional partnerships with organisations like Marketo, Oracle, Salesforce, and Drift.

Mentor team members to Set B2B and B2C considered purchase engagement strategies for major clients, lead implementation and consulting projects.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
Several years of experience in a similar role

Team management experience, including managing team members in a variety of locations

B2B Marketing consulting and agency experience an advantage

Experience integrating Marketing Automation and CRM platforms

Certified in one or two major B2B marketing technology platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua, or similar.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to read and tweak basic code
