Reporting to the Office Admin Manager this 3-month full time contract will assist with the management of the Glebe based office for MSF Australia, along with all associated facilities, safeguarding assets, documents and staff. With a focus on administration tasks overall this role will contribute to the efficient running of the office and administrative services so that all staff members are able to carry out their work effectively.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this supportive role you will be known for your attention to detail and high-quality work. You will have a natural ability to multitask and will be motivated by contributing to humanitarian aid work globally. Ideally you can demonstrate the following:

- Proven administration experience:

- Confident ability to connect with stakeholders across all levels;
- Knowledge of MS Office suite;
- Excellent written and verbal communications;
- Keen interest in being a part of a NFP organisaion.
