Working within the Fundraising team, this immediately available 3-month contract will provide operational assistance to the Direct Marketing and Donor Acquisition Coordinators to ensure fundraising projects are executed. Additionally, this administrative support role will maintain the Community Fundraising and Workplace Giving programs.

Reporting to the Fundraising Manger you will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing and Supporter Relations teams and external stakeholders to maintain brand integrity, keep across market trends and contribute to a positive team culture.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this supportive role you will be known for your coordination and organisational skills. You will enjoy working in a fast paced and accountable team and will be motivated by working in a humanitarian aid organisation. Ideally you have previous NFP experience in a similar role and can demonstrate:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing processes
- Proven administration skills, ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Microsoft suite and CRM database experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skills.
