**About the Role**
We’re looking for compassionate and experienced support workers to join our friendly team in our S.I.L Homes in the **Burpengary, Northlakes, Morayfield**and **Rothwell areas.** If you have a passion for helping people we would love to hear from you

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Mental Health, or similar qualifications preferred but not essential.
- A strong passion for supporting individuals with mental health challenges and a love for continuous learning.
- Experience in mental health support is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals, families, and other key people in their lives.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check required before starting.
- Availability for 2-3 shifts per week, including nights and sleepovers.
- A current driver’s license and reliable transport.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Work closely with clients and their families to meet their needs and provide the best support.
- Keep accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents.
- Implement PBSP strategies with training provided.
- Follow the NDIS Code of Conduct.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

- Overtime pay
