**Maddington Toyota** is on the search for an** Automotive Fleet Account Manager **to join our dynamic Fleet Department

We are currently seeking a passionate and results-oriented Fleet Account Manager to join our team. The Fleet Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with fleet customers, understanding their unique needs, and delivering customized solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our fleet sales division. If you are motivated to succeed, are a fast learner with attention to detail and exceptional customer relationship skills, then we would love to hear from **YOU**

**YOU**:

- Current manual drivers’ licence
- Strong understanding of all aspects of a fleet operation
- Highly developed knowledge of the automotive industry
- Ability to understand and profile customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Sound leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Yard Managers Licence.
- Saturday half day and Wednesday nights may be required
- ** Previous fleet sales experience in the automotive industry is essential**
