You will provide high-level support to the Director (Infrastructure) and other Managers to enable the successful delivery of these programs and contribute to improvements to passenger transport infrastructure, services and customer experience.Accountabilities include:

- Lead and manage a team responsible for a range of program management and governance services, including delivery of high-quality information, analysis and advice in a timely manner to a range of audiences.
- Develop and implement strategies that support effective program delivery and benefits realisation.
- Lead ongoing governance maturity and champion opportunities for strategic and operational improvements to the way the program is delivered.
- Regularly review program performance and act on emerging risks and issues.
- Develop the forward program with consideration of strategic priorities, network operations and available budget.
- Liaise with stakeholders from other TMR investment programs, Queensland Rail, state and local government and other external bodies to integrate program outcomes.
- Prepare and present a range of communication material about the program, including new initiatives, funding submissions, governance frameworks, Investment Board presentations and correspondence and support their implementation and evaluation.
- Leadership and people management including the management of recruitment, performance, development, team communication, and ensuring a safe and diversework environment
- Management functions including business planning, financial management, governance and other responsibilities as legislated in the Public Service Act 2008 to ensure delivery of a responsive, effective and efficient services to the community and the Government
- Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed. This position reports to the Director (Infrastructure) and has 3 direct reports.

You will manage the Program Office team to deliver a diverse range of program management and governance services including program analysis and reporting; management of program benefits, risks / issues and stakeholders; program prioritisation and assurance activities and integration with internal and external programs. You will provide high-level support to the Director (Infrastructure) and other Managers to enable the successful delivery of these programs and contribute to improvements to passenger transport infrastructure, services and customer experience.
