**ROLE OUTLINE**:
The role of the Performance team within Wavemaker is to deliver the highest excellence in Implementation Planning and Buying, spanning Social, Search, Programmatic and E-Comm, powered by data, technology, and automation, ensuring client campaigns are executed and amplified in an effective, efficient, and future facing way.

The role of Executive within the Performance team is to implement approved client media plans, ensuring that there is efficiency and rigor in the process.

**KEY STAKEHOLDERS**:
**Internal Departments**:Collaborate closely with your client team, including client leads, comms planners, strategy leads and other agency and group departments to manage expectations and collectively deliver the strongest outcomes for clients.

**Media Owners**: Establish strong relationships with our media partners at a Sales Executive and Assistant level.

**Clients**:Establish a deep understanding of our client’s business.

**Performance Team**:Contribute to great teamwork with a supportive and positive can-do attitude.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**People**
- Openly communicate and collaborate with all internal key stakeholders and reports regularly
- Provide clear guidance and instruction when teaching & helping others

**Clients**
- Establish an understanding of client challenges, objectives & initiatives.
- Help build on the agency's reputation for outstanding client service.
- Begin to develop relationships with clients at a Marketing Assistant level when it comes to Implementation Planning and Buying
- Clear understanding of the in-scope services of your clients and the process for completing work above and beyond.

**Product**
- Engage with our media partners to build knowledge of the media landscape and understanding of core media principles and the capabilities of each media touchpoint.
- Engage with internal product teams including GroupM proprietary product and service teams to ensure you have an understanding about their offerings and relevance to our clients.
- Supporting the development of the media plan (creating, developing, updating) including media plan reconciliation, and the update of plan changes.
- Brings innovation and creativity to the table, leveraging insights from across the market.
- Activate approved media plans, ensuring campaign deliverables are met consistently, across all touchpoints.
- Book, load, confirm, traffic, optimise, track and post analyse client media campaigns.
- Support the construction of insightful and progressive post analysis reports.
- Enrich on-going campaign optimisation to improve business objectives, such as ROAS and CPA, delivering across a range of touch points; sales, store visits, online submissions, downloads etc.
- Complete and maintain all Performance platform certifications (Search, Display, Mobile, Video, Commerce).
- Challenges the status quo offered by platforms, thinking critically about their solutions to get the best outcomes
