Our Tutoring Centre in Baulkham Hills is currently seeking Part-Time/Full-Time Office Administrators and Assistants. Mandarin speaking preferred but not essential.

In this role, it’s essential to have compassion and patience and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with children. This is a rewarding position that offers a sense of achievement and great satisfaction from working closely with children.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily operations of the tutoring centre
- Work with a team of admin and teaching staff
- Encourage a positive and productive environment for students and staff
- Reception and administration duties
- Regularly review, verify, and validate information provided by team members to ensure accuracy and consistency

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in any capacity
- Strong customer service skills
- Supervisory or management experience preferred but not essential
- Applicants must have at least part-time work rights in Australia

**Compensation & Growth Opportunities**:

- Salary: Range from $30 - $40 per hour + bonus + super, depending on skill set and experience
- Career growth into Manager positions

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
