**Ray White Baulkham Hills** are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic
**Office Administrator **to join our award winning team.

This is a uniquely diverse role where no two days are the same. You will wear many hats, but most importantly you will be the administrative backbone to our high performing team. You'll be the Director of First Impressions, plus providing administrative support to both our Sales and Property Management teams.

**Your duties will include**:

- Director of first impressions;
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients;
- Providing sales support;
- Assisting with generating business opportunities;
- Upholding professional standards;
- Organising and creating marketing material;
- Completing data entry;
- Customer call backs;
- Scheduling;
- Report preparation;
- Market research; and
- Maintain general reception area, common areas and meeting rooms.

**To succeed in this role you'll have...**

- A real estate certificate of registration or license (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential);
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must;

- High level personal presentation;
- Strong communication skills;
- Professional phone manner;
- Data entry experience;
