As the Group CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the CRM programs for the business in all markets - AUS, UK, NZ and Canada. The focus of the role is to identify relevant consumer insights using data and analytics and translating this into CRM marketing strategies and tactics, to build customer engagement and retention

**As the Group CRM Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Working closely with the Group GM and marketing teams to roll out CRM strategy across markets
- Locally driving change to work towards achieving more personalised consumer journeys across all digital and in-clinic touch points.
- Working collaboratively with marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce and operations teams to plan and implement CRM database initiatives
- Identifying gaps/opportunities to improve the pre and post purchase consumer experience and journey.
- Influence and support on management and development of the marketing customer database.

**About you**
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar B2C CRM marketing role
- Data analysis and consumer insights experience, demonstrated experience in identifying commercially relevant target audiences and increasing sales and conversion
- Experience with a CRM platform such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce CRM
- Experience with a marketing automation platform such as Autopilot, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Exact Target or Marketo.
- Experience working for an omnichannel beauty, FMCG, retail or lifestyle brand preferable
- Current knowledge of best practice retail CRM strategies and demonstrated interest in marketing technology and trends
- Degree in marketing, data or similar field and/or equivalent professional experience
- Beauty and retail experience highly regarded
