Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Group Marketing Assistant supports the execution of brand campaigns and activities to our global markets. To be successful in this role, you will have a keen attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and fantastic communication skills.

**Who are we?**

We opened our first clinic 13 years ago in Australia and since then the Laser Clinics Group has grown to become the market leader in non-invasive aesthetic treatments with over 200 clinics globally. We have operations within Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada and the United Kingdom, with ambitious plans for international expansion.

Laser Clinics is the largest cosmetic clinic in the world, specialising in Laser Hair Removal, Skin Treatments, Cosmetic Injectables and Body Sculpting. Every client that enters our clinics is asked “what results are you looking for”. Our team tailors every beauty treatment for every client. That way, every client leaves satisfied with their result.

The Laser Clinics business is a mix of company-owned and franchised clinics where each clinic is owned 50% by the Franchisee and 50% by Laser Clinics, meaning we have a significant vested interest in the success of each clinic.

**As the Group Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the development of campaign materials, ensuring all assets are developed on time
- Leading the communication on campaign activity with the broader Group Marketing and local market Marketing teams
- Ensuring that all marketing campaigns and initiatives are executed in line with the Laser Clinics brand guidelines and comply with legal requirements
- Lead the marketing communications to the Laser Clinics network of Franchisees and Clinic Managers on behalf of the Marketing team
- Executing campaigns and local area marketing for New Zealand
- Ensuring the communication calendar is updated with campaign activities
- Supporting the development and distribution of marketing assets to all countries in the group
- Producing reports on all initiatives and key priorities in a timely and accurate fashion
- Providing weekly updates on competitor activity and pricing
- Working closely with the Finance team to provide timely and accurate processing of all marketing invoices
- Ensuring productive relationships with key internal / external stakeholders are maintained

**About you**
- 1-2 years’ experience and proven track record of brand management as a Marketing Assistant
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Analytical ability and demonstration on initiative performance and business impact
- Beauty and retail experience highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail
- Work autonomously and within a team
- Creative thinker
