**Frizelle Sunshine Automotive** is part of Peter Warren Automotive Holdings, one of Australia's largest multi-franchise automotive dealer groups. We are currently seeking a **Accounts Clerk** to join our very busy and highly varied **Accounts department**. This role would be suitable for someone with basic administration or accounts experience. Due to the nature of this busy role, a positive attitude with a hands-on approach is required.

**What the role briefly entails**:

- Daily Banking Function for the group
- Reconcile cash, cheques and eftpos for all daily transactions
- Follow up on any End of Day anomaly items
- General journals
- Manage Stationery Orders
- Ad-hoc administration duties
- Working within team to complete month end deadlines/goals
- Provide general support to our Accounts department as required

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in cash handling position preferred
- An ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication skills both within a department and with stakeholders in the Group
- Strong attention to detail
- Data entry Skills
- Excel skills
