Customer Service Advisor on the Northern Beaches

**Your new company**
A well known retail company located on the Northern Beaches is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Having gone through a period of growth and restructure to improve their offering, this company is looking for customer focussed people who have a passion for meeting customer demands.

**Your new role**
In this role you will be responsible for:

- Answering incoming calls and processing orders
- Checking product availability and advising on delivery times
- Dealing with complaints and returns
- Producing quotes
- Building relationships with customers and gaining repeat business

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A passion for providing customer service
- The ability to learn new IT systems
- To be a team player
- Drive and ability to adapt to change/receive ongoing training and development
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
