We are looking for Change Coordinator to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization.

**Requirements**:

- Be a proactive team member focused on optimizing risk exposure across the IT Environment to minimize the severity of any impact and disruption
- Manage queues and group mailboxes and triage based on urgency & Priority
- Provide secretariat support to meetings, including the creation of meeting materials and recording and circulating minutes
- Coordinate Change Advisory Board & Post Change Reviews
- Ensure document management processes including templates, work instructions, knowledge base articles, and registers are maintained
- Support & guide change requesters, coordinators, implementers, and project teams
- Coordinate & distribute reporting, communications & documentation
- Provide general support to Change Managers in the delivery of milestones
