**The Role**

In the role of our HSEQ Advisor, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Business Management System (BMS) to meet the criteria of our ISO certifications. Your assistance in the Return-To-Work process will be essential in the well-being of our team members.
- Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Ensure that the planning of the BMS aligns with the requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001 standards, and oversee its continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and support external audits to maintain our business ISO Accreditation.
- Plan, manage, delegate, and review the performance of HSEQ programs.
- Collaborate with Managers to ensure their areas achieve individual, team, departmental and business BMS-related objectives and address audit observations.
- Evaluate and report on BMS performance to the Executive Leadership Team, Management Review Meetings and other forums as required.
- Contribute to tender submissions, providing responses stored within the response library.
- Facilitate and lead the Return-To-Work SA processes within the organisation.
- Facilitate Risk Management processes - Risk Assessments, Hazard identification, JSEA’s.

**About You**
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following knowledge, capabilities and qualities:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Return-To-Work Coordinator accreditation
- Comprehensive knowledge of WHS legislation, practices and standards with the ability to communicate interpreted information clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes, drive change and foster a strong health and safety culture.
- Knowledge and experience with systems used to review, monitor and evaluate performance within an ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accredited environment.
- Knowledge of the ISO 27001 certification is desirable.
