**The Role**
This is a key role within our organization in the HSEQ department and the opportunity incorporates a number of accountabilities including, but not limited to:
- Business Management System_
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to record-keeping and information management
- Delivering management system initiatives
- Maintain and organize records in an efficient and accurate manner
- Managing supplier and subcontractor documentation
- Preparing and distributing HSEQ, Cyber Security, WHS and HSE bulletins
- Assisting with quality improvement projects, such as implementing software solutions to help streamline internal processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of records and information
- Health and Safety Management_
- Working collaboratively with our WHS Advisor to ensure a compliant and safe working environment, while reinforcing and driving our safety culture
- Assisting with incident investigation processes
This is a part-time, temporary position for 12 months
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (flexibility with hours)
**About You**
To succeed in this role, we would expect you to have the following capabilities and qualities:

- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Highly developed administration capabilities coupled with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage and influence people
- Warm, friendly and approachable demeanour
- Desirable_
- Training conducting audits
- Training related to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety and/or ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
