Our Rostering and Resourcing team is about to enter an exciting new phase, including the selection and implementation of a new rostering system to optimise workforce planning. This presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Rostering and Resourcing specialist to lead a diverse team of rostering professionals and contribute to innovative improvement projects.

**What will you do?**
- Provide oversight and leadership to a team of Rostering and Resourcing Specialists
- Have a critical impact on improvements to workforce planning that support operations.
- Assist with the selection, testing and implementation of a new rostering system.
- Oversee roster and resourcing creation/ maintenance to meet operational needs.
- Analyse workforce data to forecast workforce needs and develop workforce plans.
- Work with stakeholders to understand resource requirements and communicate workforce planning strategies and updates.
- Deliver analysis reporting on workforce needs and use data to inform workforce planning strategy.

**What do you need for success?**
- Proven experience in workforce planning, rostering, or resource management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving skills and ability to produce analytical, data-based reports.
- Proficiency in the use of and implementation of rostering and resourcing software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to workforce planning and rostering.
- Experience in disability or similar environments is preferred.
